Played Poker For the First Time Last Night

Well I went to Olive Garden last night with everyone. It is fun to be here in Oregon, and to hang out with all the girls and their husbands. After we ate at Olive Garden the boys decided to teach me how to play some poker. I got close to loosing everything, but I ended up winning everything when the night was over, it was awesome- Too bad we just played with chips, and not the real deal ha. Well today was a great day at church, and it still rained some today, but the weather is just a bit better than it has been all week long. I am excited for my other sister in law Jordan and her baby Olivia to get there on Wednesday! They are fun to be with and Olivia is a doll. I have been thinking about going home this week though, My sisters and Dad are heading to Lake Powell with some friends, but the plane tickets round trip are 315- and I have only been out here for three and a half weeks so I would almost rather go home in June or July when the summer is about half over. We will see, I love Lake Powell- but I'm sure whenever I go home my Dad will take me boating! Well that's all for today, see ya!

Made it to Oregon

Well we finally made it out to Salem, Oregon. It was long drive, but really pretty! It is a large city, and there is tons to do so its awesome! I started making a cute baby blanket, and got groceries to make new recipes that I'm excited about! Eric has been doings summer sales and started selling on Friday. There are more girls out here this summer so it is nice to hang out with them while the guys are out selling! It's pretty cool here, and it has been rainy but there are tons of trees and its pretty. I'm excited to go see the ocean, go whale watching, and the best part... see where The Goonies movie was filmed! It was in northern Oregon!
